The other reviews are correct. They quoted us 500 for a job and than asked for 1500 cause \this truck is bigger\. They did work to remove the items and we are thankful for that. But beware of the efforts to take your hard earned money away.

I contacted this company through their website and got an automatic email back saying they would contact me, Even after a voice mail - no contact so I called another company. Low and behold this company showed up and I did not notice the name on truck until the other company I hired showed up as well. When confronted - they didn't have any excuse and when I mentioned why didn't you say your name was not \****\ when I said good morning \****\ this confirmed to me that the company and their drivers are unprofessional, disreputable and down right fraudulent in their practises. The owner of the second company was very good and helped resolve the situation where they took the load and charged a more reasonable price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - if I could give less than a star I would.
Watch out for these guys or get ripped off. I checked out their website, and everything looked good, the prices they listed for different size trucks looked not too bad, 150 to 400. I had a bed, a couch, some shelves, a medium sized cabinet, and a couple of boxes of small stuff. I figured it would cost me 150 to 250. When I phoned them, the guy did not ask me how much I had or how big of a truck to send. He was able to fit my schedule which was critical because I was moving so I ordered it. When the truck came it was huge, their biggest, 50 Cu yds and 3 guys. The foreman had such a strong accent I could hardly understand him, he started to tell me how much would cost but I said just load it and then tell me, because I figured he would see better how little space it took to base his estimate on. They threw my stuff in the truck, it took about 15 minutes. Next thing you know, he gave me the bill it was 900!! I nearly fell on the floor. He said it filled 3/8 of the truck, but it was just loosely spread out on the bottom. I'm sure it would have fit in a 20 Cu yd truck. The movers (different company) moved my whole house for only 1400. I tried phoning them to try and get an adjustment, after a week of phoning and trying to get through to the manager, I gave up.
Be Aware!! I had less than 400lb of boxes from moving so I expected to pay 50 100. Two guys came. Less than 10 minutes to load the boxes and they were going to charge 750 at first. I said it was ridiculous price. The driver says the bottom rock price was 300. It is still ridiculous & ripoff. My moving charge was 1,250 with three guys moving from New Westminster to Langley. What a rip off!.
WOW That was a mistake. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! They came to give me a quote. Said would be about 600 - 650 Filled up the truck and tried to charge me 2500.00!!!!! We told them no freakin way and to call manager. Then played game that he was going to lose his job if he did not get at least 1100.00. We told him to dump everything in our driveway we would hire someone else. Ended up negotiating and paid 800.00 Still way more than we wanted to ever pay to have garbage taken away. But they would not leave and they would not just dump everything back out of the truck. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This is a scam they load up the truck and basically hold you hostage and charge you way more than they originally quoted. Not impressed at all.
